No two inspection applications share the same conditions, challenges, and requirements. Which is why our gauging, process verification and sorting systems use an array of different technologies to better meet each application's unique demands. Lasers precisely measure all external features to print specifications at speeds up to 5 parts per second. Vision is used to detect cracks, defective recesses, and internal threads. Eddy current technologies detect metallurgical variations, material displacements and mass anomalies.
The LaserLab is the world's first three dimensional bench-top laser inspection system.
Sorting
High speed, 100% measuring/sorting equipments. The equipment enables highly precise 2D and/or 3D measurements, of high volume parts and components before they are introduced into production.
