For our Roller Brushes we use Novofil plastic filaments and various types of special wire as well as stainless steel wire, brass wire, brass-coated steel wire, tampico fibre, Bessemer steel wire and phosphor-bronze wire, natural hair and mixtures.

Range of applications:

cleaning, washing, transporting, stain preventions, removing transported contamination, roughening surface, regular activation, reducing peak-to-valley heights (finishing), removing residues like rust and scale, deburring, peeling and sorting vegetables.

Brush bodies can be made from most normal material e.g. steel, stainless steel or other non-ferrous metals. Strict controls during production guarantee the highest quality enabling problem free operation for most applications.

Internal welded brush sets are easily mounted in position by your operators or engineers. Every requested face width possible by mounting can units together.

These types have all been tested with alkalies, acids and high temperatures. Consequently there is an extensive choice of different fill material at your disposal.
